A valid passport or national identity document (DNI) from your country of origin. The document must be current and in good physical condition.
Valid and unexpired for both partners
Divorce/Death Certificate
If Applicable
If either partner is divorced or widowed, a final divorce decree or the death certificate of the former spouse is mandatory. These documents must be apostilled in their country of origin and officially translated into Spanish.
Required only if you were previously married
Witnesses

Chilean law requires two witnesses over 18 years old who possess a valid Chilean ID card (cédula de identidad). As this is a difficult requirement for tourists, our service includes arranging qualified local witnesses to attend on your behalf.
