Birth Certificate

An original birth certificate, preferably issued within the last six months. This document must be legalized with an Apostille before translation.
Original and recently issued
Single Status/CNI
Required
An official document from your home country (e.g., Certificate of Single Status, Sworn Statement) confirming there are no legal obstacles to your marriage. This also requires an Apostille and official translation.
Proof of freedom to marry
Divorce/Death Certificate
If Applicable
If previously married, you must provide an original or court-certified final divorce decree or the death certificate of the former spouse. This document must also be legalized with an Apostille and officially translated.

We Provide
Two adult witnesses with valid identification are required to be present at the ceremony. We can arrange for witnesses on your behalf.
