An official certificate from your home country confirming you are legally free to marry. This also requires an Apostille and subsequent certified translation into Portuguese.

Divorce/Death Certificate
If Applicable
If you have been married before, you must provide a certified final divorce decree or the death certificate of your former spouse. These documents are also subject to the 6-month validity rule and require an Apostille and translation.
